According to the Law on the Solidarity Fund for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases, Conditions and Injuries of Children Abroad, the Solidarity Fund is responsible for its work to the RS Government and the Republic of Srpska National Assembly, to which it submits an annual report. The National Assembly adopts the annual report on the work of our institution, and the supervision over the collection and distribution of the Solidarity Fund is carried out by the working body of the RS National Assembly chaired by the MP from the largest opposition party, elected in accordance with the act regulating the work of this legislative body.
