Director

The Director of the Solidarity Fund organizes the processing of requests for the allocation of funds from the Solidarity Fund. In the process of deciding on applications, the director of this institution cooperates with the Commission for the allocation of funds, and attends all meetings of this Commission as well as meetings of the Board of Directors.

The Steering Board of the Solidarity Fund consists of 15 members appointed from among the representatives of prominent health workers, the Federation of Trade Unions of RS, the Federation of Municipalities and Cities of RS, the RS Chamber of Commerce, media and associations whose goals are to improve treatment of sick children. Its main task is to monitor the intended spending of the Solidarity Fund and give consent to the decision of the Director of the Solidarity Fund. Their work is voluntary, ie they do not receive compensation for performing this work.

Commission for allocation of funds

The Government of the Republika Srpska, at the proposal of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of the Republika Srpska, appoints the Commission for Allocation of Funds of the Public Institution Solidarity Fund for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases and Injuries of Children Abroad. The task of the commission is to provide expert findings, assessments and opinions regarding the submitted request for the allocation of funds from the Solidarity Fund.
